XCITY IN ARGENTINA
The first location of Xcity is situated in San Juan Province, northwestern Argentina, covering approximately 1 million acres (400,000 hectares) — about 3.5 times the size of Hong Kong.

Golden City
San Juan stands out as one of South America’s most strategically positioned regions for next-generation energy and infrastructure development. With over 2,500 hours of annual sunshine—reaching up to 3,000 hours in certain areas—the region offers solar conditions well above the global average. Its unique geography combines vast plateaus with open valleys, providing large-scale, contiguous land ideally suited for utility-scale solar deployment. In addition, meltwater from the Andes feeds multiple river systems across the region, ensuring reliable water resources to support industrial operations and data center cooling needs.
Equally important is San Juan’s exceptional connectivity and global reach. National Route 150 links the region directly to Pacific ports via Chile and to Atlantic ports along Argentina’s eastern coastline, forming a natural bi-oceanic logistics corridor. With the planned Agua Negra tunnel, San Juan is set to become a critical hub connecting South America’s east–west trade routes. From this vantage point, projects can efficiently serve markets across the United States, China, Latin America, Europe, and the Middle East, positioning San Juan as a gateway for global energy, computing, and industrial ecosystems.
REGIONS

Compute & Green Energy Zone
Land Area: ~60% (approx. 240,000 hectares)
Located across the mountainous and hilly areas of the site and other lands unsuitable for large-scale agriculture, this zone serves as Xcity’s core AI computing hub and renewable energy base, hosting solar farms, data centers, and high-performance computing clusters powered by clean energy.

Agricultural Production Zone
Land Area: ~30% (approx. 120,000 hectares)
Primarily situated in the northern and central river valleys and flatlands, this area forms a large-scale irrigated agricultural base, focusing on high-value crops, sustainable farming, and modern livestock demonstration projects.

Residential & Living Zone
Land Area: ~5% (approx. 20,000 hectares)
Located near the industrial area and safely above potential flood zones, this zone will become Xcity’s emerging urban center, providing a high-quality living environment and comprehensive services for industrial workers, researchers, and management professionals.

Industrial Development Zone
Land Area: ~3% (approx. 12,000 hectares)
Positioned along the Route 150 corridor and adjacent to rivers and elevated flatlands, this zone will serve as an advanced industrial and agricultural processing park, integrating manufacturing, logistics, and value-added production.

Free Trade & Crypto Financial Port
Land Area: ~2% (approx. 8,000 hectares)
Located on the western side near the Andes mountain pass, where Route 150 meets its branch lines, this area will function as an inland free trade and logistics hub — combining crypto-financial services, warehousing, customs, and cross-border trade into a single economic gateway.

600 GW of Solar Power: The Path from Zero to Scale
Xcity’s solar roadmap is designed to scale from an initial pilot phase to a 600-gigawatt utility-scale solar generation system, positioning the project among the world’s largest clean energy hubs. Based on San Juan’s exceptional solar irradiation conditions, the full build-out is projected to generate approximately 200 billion kWh of electricity annually, providing a stable, low-cost energy foundation for computing infrastructure, industrial clusters, and long-term urban development.
Development will proceed in clearly defined phases to balance speed, reliability, and capital efficiency. Phase One focuses on 1–3 GW of demonstration capacity to validate performance and anchor strategic customers. Phase Two expands to 10–50 GW, forming regional energy clusters and establishing integrated generation-storage-offtake models. Phase Three accelerates large-scale deployment beyond 100 GW, ultimately reaching the 600 GW target. The system adopts mature photovoltaic technologies combined with energy storage, enabling seamless grid integration and flexible consumption, while creating long-term, predictable cash flows suitable for asset securitization and structures such as power-backed REITs.
A Three-Layer Value Creation Framework
Xcity is built on a three-layer value creation model that transforms energy infrastructure into a scalable economic engine. At the foundation lies power generation as a stable, long-term asset, generating predictable cash flows through long-term power purchase agreements. On top of this foundation, Xcity develops high-growth compute and infrastructure services that directly serve the global demand for AI and cloud computing. At the highest level, the city and freeport ecosystem unlocks long-term valuation upside through trade, finance, and institutional capital participation.
This layered structure allows us to evolve from a pure energy project into an integrated platform where power, computing, and urban systems reinforce one another. Each layer is economically independent yet strategically connected, creating resilience across cycles while maximizing total project value.

From Power Sales to Compute Infrastructure Platform
Xcity’s strategy moves beyond traditional power sales toward delivering energy as a foundational service for computing and industry. Instead of competing solely on electricity price, Xcity integrates power generation with cooling systems, grid access, and standardized infrastructure to support large-scale AI and data center operations. Power becomes the entry point—not the end product.
By packaging energy, infrastructure, and operational services together, Xcity positions itself as a long-term infrastructure partner rather than a commodity supplier. This shift enables deeper customer relationships, longer contracts, and higher value creation across the lifecycle of compute-intensive industries.

Turnkey Infrastructure for AI Data Centers
We offers turnkey infrastructure solutions designed specifically for AI data centers and cloud-scale computing. From secured renewable power supply to land, cooling systems, and grid connectivity, Xcity enables operators to deploy quickly without navigating fragmented local systems. The result is faster time-to-market and lower operational uncertainty.
We serves global AI leaders, cloud service providers, mining operators, and next-generation technology companies seeking reliable, scalable infrastructure. By standardizing core modules while allowing flexible deployment, we reduces complexity and transforms infrastructure into a service-ready platform.
Modular Delivery and Long-Term Value
We delivers infrastructure through modular components that can scale with customer needs. Power, cooling, land, and regulatory coordination are structured as integrated offerings, allowing clients to focus on computing and innovation rather than infrastructure management. This model supports international standards while remaining adaptable to different deployment scales.
Revenue is generated through a combination of energy pricing, infrastructure leasing, and ongoing operational services. This diversified structure ensures stable baseline income while capturing upside from the rapid expansion of AI and digital industries.

A Prototype Civilization Co-Governed by Reality and the Metaverse
Xcity mirrors every physical element in the metaverse in real time, evolving into an energy-driven digital civilization lab. Combining Charter City principles with DAO governance, it becomes a Super City-State powered by infinite solar energy, super compute power, offshore crypto finance, and free-zone co-governance.
Here, real-world energy fuels the virtual economy, crypto finance acts as the governance network, and metaverse systems extend social and cultural life — forming a new blueprint for civilization where humanity, AI, and the metaverse coexist in harmony.
