The first location of Xcity is situated in San Juan Province, northwestern Argentina, covering approximately 1 million acres (400,000 hectares) — about 3.5 times the size of Hong Kong.
Nestled in a vast valley at the foothills of the Andes Mountains, the land features a mix of plains and valleys nourished by glacial meltwater rivers. Multiple rivers cross the territory, ensuring reliable water resources, while abundant sunshine provides ideal conditions for large-scale solar energy generation. The region is also rich in gold and copper deposits, making it both geographically and resource-wise a rare gem.
