Each site is designed with clearly defined power capacity, secure grid access pathways, and scalable expansion options, together with the real estate and infrastructure rights required for energy interconnection. By addressing power availability and land readiness as an integrated foundation, this module forms Xcity Energy’s most stable and fundamental asset base, combining infrastructure-grade characteristics with predictable, long-duration cash flow potential.
Site Infrastructure Development
Xcity Energy centrally plans, develops, and manages site-level infrastructure across its platform to ensure operational readiness and deployment efficiency. This includes the coordinated development of internal access roads and logistics corridors, high-speed communications connectivity, cooling water circulation systems where applicable, and other mission-critical site infrastructure required for AI and high-performance compute operations. Through standardized infrastructure delivery at scale, Xcity significantly shortens customer deployment timelines while enhancing overall asset utilization and long-term platform stickiness.
EPC Coordination & Delivery Support
To further reduce execution risk and accelerate time-to-operation, Xcity Energy may act as a designated EPC coordination partner for projects deployed within its sites. This support spans project onboarding and implementation readiness, design and permitting coordination, procurement and supply chain organization, execution management, and system integration, as well as grid interconnection, testing, and commissioning. While EPC coordination is not a primary valuation driver, it functions as a strategic accelerator that shortens the conversion cycle from capital expenditure to stable operating cash flow.
Operations & Maintenance Services
Following project commissioning, Xcity Energy provides ongoing operations and maintenance services to ensure long-term reliability and performance. These services include day-to-day operations management, routine maintenance, continuous monitoring of energy systems and infrastructure, fault response, performance optimization, and compliance oversight with associated reporting. This module supports recurring service-based revenue while reinforcing long-term customer retention and deepening platform integration.
Power Procurement & Energy Management Services
Xcity Energy delivers a comprehensive power procurement and energy management framework that supports customers across the full lifecycle of power access and utilization. This includes capacity and access management, metering and data collection, billing and settlement support, customer service and ticketing systems, energy data disclosure, and compliance coordination, as well as payment collection and pass-through arrangements where applicable. By maintaining control at the interface between power availability and compute demand, this module strengthens platform-level governance and lays the groundwork for future digital, data-driven expansion.

Build Your Own Solar Power Project at Xcity
Xcity Energy operates as an open infrastructure platform.
Qualified developers, institutions, and independent investors are welcome to apply to build and operate their own photovoltaic (solar) power plants within Xcity-designated sites.
Xcity provides land access, infrastructure readiness, grid coordination, and platform services — while project ownership and generation assets remain with the applicant, subject to agreed terms.
